Component-Level Incident API

We’re currently using the incident history endpoint (the /history data) to understand when incidents occurred and which services were affected. That data feeds an internal evaluation layer that helps us determine whether an incident is relevant to a customer’s specific environment. They can then validate on their own and gather evidence using their own RMM/NOC.
