Static IPs for webhook egress
My custom monitoring tools are IP restricted due to bank policy. I was looking to switch from polling StatusGator to webhooks to lessen burden on both sides and hopefully get more real-time but it’s not a blocker. I can keep the polling model until/if egress static IPs are added.

Add templates for recurring scheduled maintenance
I see templates can be used with incidents which is great. For recurring scheduled maintenance I would like to be able to utilize templates.

Maintenance alerts - Google Chat
It would be nice for when maintenance is scheduled that a post to google chat would state that scheduled maintenance is occurring - whether a post an hour before or right at the scheduled maintenance time. It would also be great to receive a chat when scheduled maintenance is complete.

Hide "Report an Outage" button in Slack
So ideally just the ability to hide the button. I don't want folks on slack reporting outages based on third party service availability. These are FYI notifications mean to aid in diagnostics (on the Engineering side) and as an FYI to the rest of the organization.

Transparent background for Status Embed
It would be great if the page had a transparent background, rather than white…. I had to be very careful with the size of the iframe (our support system doesn’t let us embed javascript)… because the white back kept peeking through behind the widget.

Bulk import monitors in the UI
Is there any way that we can import monitors instead of having to create individually? So say we are monitoring all of our customers firewalls, can we import the list somehow with the IP addresses and device names?

Add “Informational” as an incident type
Sometimes we want to post information that isn’t necessarily an outage perse, but something that could be impactful but not a problem. IE up coming changes to a system.

Main thing is having a feed into the Datadog events API - https://docs.datadoghq.com/api/latest/events/ - I believe this is all Downdetector and isdown.app do.
