Description of monitor in the integrations

It would be great to add monitor's description to the integrations. Essentially, I would like to add a link to the runbook to the description of the monitor so I can jump straight away from email / slack to detailed steps on what needs to be done when a certain system is down in terms of mitigation / comms / escalation / etc.
