ipv6 monitoring

I definitely need a way to monitor both stacks: some customers will hit the endpoint over v6 and others other v4, depending on the network they are connected to.
A TLS issue on one stack would prevent all customers using that stack from connecting, without the other stack being affected (could happen with e.g. a misconfigured load balancer or webserver).
