WARN distinction for EWS on public status page

I see EWS Warning alerts are indeed added to the Status Page's Monitor History however there's no distinction that this is a WARN from the vendor or a WARN based on EWS. Would it be possible as a feature request to make that distinction? This is needed for public status page history of incidents/uptime
